Careers & Collaboration

Join Our Clinical Team

B2I Behavioral Health Services is building a multidisciplinary team committed to whole-body, trauma-informed care for youth. If you are passionate about somatic movement, behavioral health, and evidence-based intervention, we want to hear from you.

Our Approach

Clinically Grounded. Community Rooted.

Our Forge Youth Initiative (FYI) program integrates somatic movement with behavioral health treatment under the supervision of 2 Licensed Independent Social Workers with Supervisory designation (LISW-S). Every team member plays a meaningful role in delivering structured, non-contact movement intervention to youth ages 8 and older.

We are a small, mission-driven practice. We prioritize clinical integrity, collaborative supervision, and a shared commitment to reducing barriers to behavioral health care for underserved youth in Northeast Ohio.

Open Roles

Where You Might Fit

Clinical Supervision

Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory Designation (LISW-S)

Provide active clinical supervision for Forge Youth Initiative (FYI) group and individual sessions. Must hold an active Ohio LISW-S license — supervisory designation required, not just LISW. Experience with youth behavioral health and trauma-informed care preferred.

Direct Service

Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist (QBHS)

Deliver direct FYI services under LISW-S supervision. Responsible for session facilitation, documentation, and family communication. Must meet Ohio QBHS credentialing requirements and have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in behavioral health.

Remote · Clinical

Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory Designation (LISW-S) — Remote

Provide clinical oversight and case consultation for youth enrolled in FYI and PRS services. Must hold an active Ohio LISW-S license. This is a remote position — you can work from home while supporting our clinical team through telehealth supervision and documentation review.

Movement

Wellness & Movement Coach

Support structured non-contact movement programming within the clinical framework. Boxing or martial arts background required; experience working with youth in a therapeutic or educational setting strongly preferred.
