Building Strength,

Inspiring Healing.

B2I Behavioral Health Services provides clinically supervised behavioral health programs for youth ages 8 and up — including the Forge Youth Initiative (FYI) and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services (PRS). Led by Coach Ivan, QBHS, under the supervision of 2 LISW-S.

Our approach

Whole-Body Healing — Because Kids Weren't Built to Sit Still

Traditional behavioral health treatment places hyperactive, energetic youth in a chair and expects them to engage. We take a holistic approach. At B2I, we integrate somatic movement, physical wellness, and evidence-based therapeutic intervention — because whole-body engagement is one of the most clinically effective environments for youth behavioral health treatment.

For many youth, psychotropic medication has been the default response to behavioral dysregulation. B2I offers a clinically grounded alternative — structured somatic intervention that supports emotional regulation, reduces the need for pharmacological management, and builds the self-regulation skills youth need to thrive. Sessions are led by Coach Ivan, a Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist, under the clinical supervision of 2 Licensed Independent Social Workers with Supervisory designation (LISW-S). Our primary format is group therapeutic sessions — building peer connection alongside clinical growth — with individual sessions available when clinically indicated.

Forge Youth Initiative (FYI)

The Forge Youth Initiative — Moving Youth Forward

The Forge Youth Initiative (FYI) delivers Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) for youth with complex behavioral health needs who require intensive, community-based clinical support. B2I is a proud FYI/TBS provider serving the Mentor, Ohio area.

01

Who qualifies

Youth ages 8 and up with significant behavioral health challenges who would benefit from intensive, individualized therapeutic support in their community.

02

What it involves

Primarily group therapeutic sessions — with individual sessions available when clinically indicated — integrating somatic movement and physical wellness activities as evidence-informed modalities that support emotional regulation, cognitive focus, and resilience-building.

03

Why it works when nothing else has

Sedentary therapy is clinically challenging for youth with hyperactivity, emotional dysregulation, or disengagement. Somatic and movement-based intervention changes the therapeutic equation — providing a regulated, purposeful outlet that enhances clinical outcomes and treatment adherence.

PRS Program

Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services — Accessible Support for Every Youth

PRS is a baseline, standard Medicaid State Plan benefit. Any youth with a standard Medicaid card and a basic DSM-5 mental health diagnosis — ADHD, generalized anxiety, mild depression — should qualify. No high-acuity threshold, no complex authorization.

01

Who qualifies

Any youth on Medicaid with a basic DSM-5 diagnosis qualifies. ADHD, generalized anxiety, and mild depression are enough. PRS is designed to serve a wide range of youth — not just those with severe or complex behavioral health needs.

02

What it involves

PRS focuses on building practical life skills: emotional regulation, social interaction, community integration, and daily functioning. Sessions are structured, goal-oriented, and delivered in a supportive, community-based environment.

03

How it complements the Forge Youth Initiative

While the Forge Youth Initiative (FYI) provides intensive clinical intervention for youth with complex behavioral needs, PRS serves a broader population — offering structured skill-building support that helps youth develop independence and resilience at every level.

Medicaid accepted — easy to qualify

PRS is available to youth enrolled in Medicaid. No severe behavioral diagnosis required. If your child is on Medicaid, reach out — they may qualify right now.
